Megan joined KGA in April, 2015 as the Work-Life Specialist/Counseling Assistant. Her primary focus is on maintaining the affiliate database, assisting the counselors with cases, and managing cases of her own. Prior to joining KGA, Megan has volunteered at various domestic violence crisis centers and has completed her clinical internships assisting individuals with chronic persistent mental illness. Megan received her BA in Psychology from Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH and her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University in Keene, NH.
Nancy Kerr, LDN
Nancy joined KGA in August, 2004 as our Nutritionist and Childcare/Parenting Specialist. She provides nutrition consultations and seminars, as well as supports the KGA counselors with work-life research. Prior to joining KGA, Nancy worked for 20 years as a Nutritionist in the Massachusetts WIC Program. She earned her BS in Psychology at Vassar College and her BS in Nutrition at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
David Smith, Esq.
David is KGA’s General Counsel and also provides legal consultation to KGA employees and client companies. He has been engaged in the general practice of law for more than 30 years including corporate law experience at Honeywell, Wang Laboratories, and the French computer company Bull HN. In addition to providing legal services to KGA, David maintains a law practice in Wellesley, Massachusetts specializing in corporate law, tax and estate planning.
Angela joined the KGA team in February, 2016 as one of our Work-Life Specialists/Counseling Assistants. Prior to joining KGA, Angela worked for six years as a nanny in the Boston area and five years as an office manager at Hope Fellowship Church in Cambridge, MA. Angela is a native of Randolph, Wisconsin and received her BA in Religious Studies and Minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and her MEd in School Counseling from Suffolk University.
