Delivering Tough Messages

Delivering difficult messages requires directness and sensitivity. Though many managers feel uncomfortable delivering tough messages, it is possible to learn approaches that makes it easier and effective.  In this workshop participants will learn to use a variety of techniques to deliver negative or challenging news in a direct and open manner. Participants also explore their own barriers to open conversations, improving their overall communication skills.
