Though moderate amounts of stress can be motivating, too much stress can decrease productivity; increase absenteeism, accidents, and employee turnover; and result in higher healthcare costs. In this workshop participants increase their resiliency by learning proven techniques to identify stressors and manage the symptoms of both positive and negative stress in all aspects of their lives.
