Kristin Matthews, LICSW, CEAP
Kristin joined KGA in January, 2007 and is currently KGA’sVice President of Clinical and Work-life Services. She oversees the daily operations for the EAP team, as well as provides assessment, counseling, and referral services to managers, HR, employees, and their families. Kristin has extensive experience counseling children, adolescents, and adults in various settings. Prior to KGA, she worked as an HR Representative for a Fortune 500 U.S. technology company in Cork, Ireland. Kristin received her BA in Psychology and Women’s Studies from Bowdoin College and her MSW from Boston University.
Heidi Beach, LICSW
Heidi joined KGA in May, 2013 as a Senior EAP Consultant providing counseling and consultation to employees, HR professionals, and managers. She has worked for several other EAP firms during her more than 20 year career. Heidi is experienced in stress management, workplace trauma, critical incident counseling, and management consultation. She enjoys clinical work in parent guidance, working with young adults, and with adults looking to manage their well-being in productive ways. Heidi received her BA from Miami University and her MSW from Simmons College School of Social Work.
Carol Biebers, LICSW
Carol joined KGA July, 2010 as a Senior EAP Consultant. She provides assessments, counseling and referrals to employees and their family members as well as consultations to Managers and HR Professionals. Clinical areas of special interest are crisis management and addictions. Carol has over 20 years of EAP experience. Carol received her MSSW from the University of Texas and is a Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).

Ethan Field, LICSW
Ethan joined KGA in February, 2014 as a Senior EAP Consultant. Ethan has been working in the social work field and with other EAPs since 1998. Through work with state and privately funded programs Ethan brings a deep knowledge of available public services and how employees can access a full continuum of services. Ethan received his MSW from New York University and his BS in Social Work from Plymouth State University.
Andrea Kramer, LMHC
Andrea joined KGA in March, 2016 as an EAP Consultant. Prior to KGA, Andrea worked for Family Services of the Merrimack Valley as an EAP Counselor, Account Manager and Grant Writer. Andrea also brings experience from a private psychotherapy practice and an outpatient counseling center. Areas of interest include adolescent anxiety and depression and working with couples/families. Andrea received her M.A. from Lesley University and her BA from The College of the Holy Cross.
Katherine Orcutt, CEAP
Katherine Orcutt, CEAP, joined KGA in June, 2000 as a Senior EAP Consultant providing counseling and consulting to employees, managers, and HR professionals. She has more than 18 years of experience in clinical health care and health care management and has a specialty in eldercare consulting. Katherine received a B.S. from Simmons College, and an MA in Pastoral Counseling from Emmanuel College.
Scott Thompson, LMHC
Scott joined KGA in March 2016 as and EAP Consultant. His specialties and areas of interest include counseling with adults, children, families, workplace trauma and stress management. Scott has over 10 years of EAP experience and over 15 years of clinical experience in the field and has provided counseling in both private and community based settings. Scott received BS in Criminal Justice from Westfield State University and his MA in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University.
Jennifer Whipple, LICSW
Jennifer Whipple joined KGA in December 2016 as an EAP Consultant. Jennifer is a licensed independent social worker with experience in a variety of settings, including with individuals, couples and families. After spending a decade working to help people through life events, transitions, and challenges, Jennifer knows the importance of building collaborations to connect people to services. Prior to KGA, Jennifer worked as a Clinical Director for a well-known private company specializing in treating individuals with addiction. She is a skilled counselor with experience overseeing departmental operations and the professional development of staff. Jennifer received her Master’s in Social Work from Boston University.
