Kathleen Greer, LMHC, is the Founder and Chairman of KGA, Inc. Kathy provides leadership to the KGA team while working on business development, acquisitions, and marketing. She earned her B.S. in Management from Babson College, and a M.Ed. in Counseling from Northeastern University. She was a former Trustee of Babson College, and holds memberships in the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA), New England Employee Benefit Council (NEEBC), the Human Resources Leadership Forum (HRLF), the National Behavioral Consortium (NBC), and the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA).
Seth Moeller joined KGA in January 2011 and became our President in 2013. His primary focus is to work with clients and prospective clients to ensure that our EAP, HR Solutions and Wellbeing services align with the current and evolving needs of their work forces. Seth brings over twenty years of experience in organization development and talent management from financial services, health care, technology and consulting. Seth has a BA from the University of Vermont and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. He is a member of the Human Resources Leadership Forum (HRLF), The EAP Collaborative, and the National Behavioral Consortium (NBC).
Alison W. Magee, LICSW, joined KGA in June, 2012 as our Senior Vice President of Clinical Services. She oversees the counseling, consultation, crisis response and work life services provided by KGA’s staff. Alison has 30 years of clinical, and management experience with a specialization in the area of substance abuse. Additionally, she was a faculty advisor to graduate interns at Boston University School of Social Work for over 20 years. Prior to coming to KGA in 2012, Alison was Vice President of Clinical Services for E4Health where she managed the clinical service delivery for the EAP. Alison received her MSW from Boston University.
Carey Napoleone joined KGA in November, 2008. As our Vice President of Operations she oversees the workflow and coordination of the Operations Team and works with the Client Solutions and Counseling teams on various projects, including documentation and billing. Carey is the HR rep for KGA and is responsible for benefits management and recruiting. Prior to joining KGA, Carey worked for TJX as a Recruitment Manager. She received her BA in Elementary Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Tyson Puetz joined KGA in June, 2009 and is our Senior Business Analyst. He is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of KGA’s business systems and development of new products for the EAP and HR Solutions teams. Prior to KGA, Tyson worked in management consulting and environmental services. He is a native of Seattle and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration.
Betsy Pratt joined KGA in February, 2008. As an Account Executive, Betsy works on strategic account management, client relationships and business development. Prior to joining KGA, she worked at ADP as a Client District Manager for Major Accounts and as an Account Executive for Sprint and Cellular One Boston. She has a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Kristin Matthews, LICSW, CEAP
Kristin joined KGA in January, 2007 and is currently KGA’s Clinical Manager. She oversees the daily operations for the EAP team, as well as provides assessment, counseling, and referral services to managers, HR, employees, and their families. Kristin has extensive experience counseling children, adolescents, and adults in various settings. Prior to KGA, she worked as an HR Representative for a Fortune 500 U.S. technology company in Cork, Ireland. Kristin received her BA in Psychology and Women’s Studies from Bowdoin College and her MSW from Boston University.
