Ali Burke

Work-Life Specialist

Ali joined KGA in March 2019 as a Work-Life Resource Assistant. She supports the Work-Life team by providing research in the areas of child-care, elder care, consumer issues, financial resources and legal assistance. Prior to joining KGA, she worked as an Early Intervention Specialist for 4 years. Ali graduated from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI in 2012 with a BA in Education, and completed an Early Intervention Certificate Program at Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2014.



Megan Peavey

Senior Work-Life Specialist/Counseling Assistant

Megan joined KGA in April, 2015 as the Work-Life Specialist/Counseling Assistant. Her primary focus is on maintaining the affiliate database, assisting the counselors with cases, and managing cases of her own. Prior to joining KGA, Megan has volunteered at various domestic violence crisis centers and has completed her clinical internships assisting individuals with chronic persistent mental illness. Megan received her BA in Psychology from Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH and her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University in Keene, NH.

Sarah Reynard

Eldercare Consultant

Sarah joined KGA in October 2018 as an Eldercare Consultant providing counseling and consulting to employees. She has more than 20 years in the Work/Life field and spent the last 4 years connecting Seniors and their families to resources in their community and Senior Living Options. Sarah received her BA in Psychology from The College of Wooster.


David Smith, Esq.

General Counsel

David is KGA’s General Counsel and also provides legal consultation to KGA employees and client companies. He has been engaged in the general practice of law for more than 30 years including corporate law experience at Honeywell, Wang Laboratories, and the French computer company Bull HN. In addition to providing legal services to KGA, David maintains a law practice in Wellesley, Massachusetts specializing in corporate law, tax and estate planning.

Michael Sullivan

Work-Life Specialist

Michael joined KGA back in December of 2016 as a Work-Life Intern, and in July became a full-time employee. His primary focus is assisting counselors and the Work-Life team with research and other special projects around the office. Michael graduated in 2015 from La Salle University, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a BA in Psychology.

Angela Westra

Senior Work-Life Specialist/Counseling Assistant

Angela joined the KGA team in February, 2016 as one of our Work-Life Specialists/Counseling Assistants. Prior to joining KGA, Angela worked for six years as a nanny in the Boston area and five years as an office manager at Hope Fellowship Church in Cambridge, MA. Angela is a native of Randolph, Wisconsin and received her BA in Religious Studies and Minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and her MEd in School Counseling from Suffolk University.
