Pacifica logo for website

Pacifica
Stress and anxiety can get in the way of you living your life. Pacifica gives you tools based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation, and wellness, to address anxiety every day. This app has a daily mood tracker and experiments, mood history, thought analysis, health tracker and private groups and communities. Each day Pacifica will give you the tools to learn to manage your stress and anxiety at your own pace. Available for Android and iOS. Here’s what our counselors are saying: “Pacifica is an excellent and easy-to-use app to assist with symptoms of anxiety. The mood checker is very helpful because it provides 7 options from “very good” to “awful.” Most mood checkers have a few options, but Pacifica’s includes options that are more fitting of an individual’s mood instead of just “good, okay, and bad.” The goals section provides various daily challenges that are more simplistic (i.e. go to work) to more demanding (i.e. speak up in a meeting). When anxiety is high, everyday tasks like going to work can be challenging, which is why I like that Pacifica provides this as an option.”
