Leading Organizational Change

This interactive workshop enables Managers to understand the major components of organizational change.  Managers will learn to lead by combining disciplined project management with knowledge of the key factors associated with effective organizational change to maximize involvement, commitment and enthusiasm for change.

Methodology:

Throughout the workshop, combinations of facilitated discussion and hands-on experiential techniques are used to help managers assess their company’s needs and assemble a personalized action plan.

Format:

Clients are able to choose between half day and full day workshops depending on the depth and specialization of their learning goals.  These workshops can be customized to accommodate a specific client’s needs and goals.

Topics and issues covered in either the half or full day workshops can include but are not limited to:

  • Reasons for initiating organizational change
  • Identifying change
  • Main principles of people and change
  • Organizing the project
  • Implementing change
  • Monitoring and sustaining change
  • Goals and action plans

A one-hour lunchtime seminar is also available to provide a broad overview on time management and managing multiple priorities.
