Leading Virtual Teams

Managers will analyze the effectiveness of their virtual team, assess their own effectiveness on managing, and identify practical ways to enhance the team’s performance.

Throughout the workshop, a combination of open discussion, interactive presentations, analysis and hands-on experiential techniques are used to help participants assess their needs and assemble a personalized action plan.

Clients are able to choose between half day and full day workshops, depending on the depth and specialization of their learning goals.  These workshops can be customized to accommodate a specific client’s needs and goals.
