Managing Multiple Priorities

This interactive workshop enables employees and managers to better manage competing priorities, dynamic schedules, and achieving a greater balance in their personal and professional lives.

Participants engage in a self-assessment tool to identify and eliminate time “robbers” in both individual and smaller groups.  Throughout the workshop, a combination of facilitated discussion and hands-on experiential techniques are used to help participants assess their needs and assemble a personalized action plan.

Clients are able to choose between half day and full day workshops depending on the depth and specialization of their learning goals.  These workshops can be customized to accommodate a specific client’s needs and goals.

Topics and issues covered in either the half or full day workshops can include but are not limited to:

  • Effectively managing multiple priorities without diminishing quality
  • Understanding the “Big Picture”
  • Day to day prioritizing and time management
  • Identifying and assessing internal responsibilities
  • Highlighting group goals and what is important to others
  • Building lost time back into one’s work life balance
  • Committing to action
  • Communicating responsibilities effectively

A one-hour lunchtime seminar is also available to provide a broad overview on time management and managing multiple priorities.  Participants will become aware of the importance of these issues in this educational seminar.
