Managing Your Leadership Brand

This personal brand workshop introduces Managers to a unique, market-driven approach to professional development.  Participants learn to manage a meaningful exchange of values between yourself and the organization.

Methodology:

Throughout the workshop, combinations of facilitated discussion and hands-on experiential techniques are used to help participants assess their needs and assemble a personalized action plan.

Format:

Clients are able to choose between half day and full day workshops depending on the depth and specialization of their learning goals.  These workshops can be customized to accommodate a specific client’s needs and goals.

Topics and issues covered in either the half or full day workshops can include but are not limited to:

  • The 5 Ps of Personal Brand: Persona, Product, Packaging, Promotion and Permission
  • Taking ownership
  • Aligning with business needs
  • Supporting Talent Management
  • Succession planning

 

A one-hour lunchtime seminar is also available to provide a broad overview of time management and managing multiple priorities.  Participants will become aware of the importance of these issues in this educational seminar.
