New Manager Assimilation and Development Series
This three-part interactive workshop targets managers with zero to three years of managerial experience. Participants are exposed to issues and challenges that often undermine new managers. Managers assess their own needs and assemble a plan to help them grow in their role.
Throughout the workshops, combinations of facilitated discussions, individual and group exercise, utilization of new tools and hands-on experiential techniques are used to help participants assess their needs and assemble a personalized action plan.
Managers attend three half-day training offerings over a three-month period with the goal of continual learning. These workshops will be customized to accommodate a specific clients needs and goals of the organization i.e. company mission, values, organizational goals, leadership competencies and policies.

A one-hour lunchtime seminar is also available to provide a broad overview on issues related to being a new manager. Participants will become aware of the importance of these issues in this educational seminar.
