Civility and Respect in the Workplace
The most productive work environments foster openness, leverage differences and encourage inclusion to create new ideas, increasing productivity and maintaining a competitive advantage. In this workshop participants learn the steps and tools required to achieve a safe and harassment-free work environment, as well as the downside of a hostile environment. This interactive workshop challenges employees and managers to examine their own assumptions about how others experience a range of situations and behaviors in the workplace. Participants leave the workshop with a greater appreciation for how they can contribute to a respectful workplace.
