Writing that Works

This interactive workshop enables Employees and Managers to increase the effectiveness of e-mails and other written communication by examining sentence structure, grammar, target audience and desired intent.

Combinations of facilitated discussion and hands-on experiential techniques such as exercises, tip sheets and case studies are used to help participants assess their needs and assemble a personalized action plan.
