Back to School Blues
Autumn is fast approaching, which means many children are preparing to go back to school. While parents often look forward to the start of the academic year, some children find the transition challenging, even frightening. Their concerns can manifest in physical symptoms such as, headaches, stomach aches, or trouble sleeping, or in emotional changes including irritability, anxiety or sadness. A KGA counselor can help to assess your situation, make recommendations and find appropriate resources. We encourage any call (800.648.9557) to discuss the wellbeing of your children.
